The world we live in today can be compared to two rooms with different conversations taking place in each room. Almost like a party, where someone needs to inform you what is going on via SMS messages, because you are too occupied talking with people to learn about what’s going on, the situation changes every millisecond. Neuralink’s company mission is to build a third generation AI interface using a chip implanted in your brain, essentially to have a high bandwidth connection between your mind and computers.
Telepathy in Brain Computer Interfaces is not a new thing. It has been around for many years. One group that is involved is a team of researchers at Duke university led by Miguel Nicolelis. They have successfully demonstrated for the first time a direct interface between two brains of rats. The rats were able to share motor and sensory information.
